Weekend Yoga Wellness Program

YogDaan Yoga Offers short Wellness Programs for busy individuals who are looking for the perfect nature getaway, a retreat from modern stress and recharge from their daily routine.   Cleansing the body, detoxing the mind, and rejuvenating the soul, connecting with our inner-selves and the infinite wisdom within us all.  A 3 night yoga vacation including light morning and sunset Yoga Flows, Pranayama & Meditation with nourishing, vegetarian food amidst tranquil, serene nature of the Himalayas.   By tuning in with nature and discovering more peace & stillness, the aim of this program is to revitalize and nourish body & mind and reset to natural state of equilibrium.   Participants will also have the opportunity to immerse in Local culture with our Guided Nature Sightseeing Tour.
